DVSA Approved Training

Our Initial and Recertification tachograph training courses are DVSA approved and provide customers with both theoretical and practical training. All technicians on our 4-day Initial course are provided with a tablet pc which contains all the relevant information for future use. All courses are delivered by our experienced training team with equipment provided at a maximum of 2 technicians per set. Upon completion of our course’s technicians are able to calibrate all tachograph types including the latest 1C digital tachographs

Training Near you

We run various workshop tachograph training courses all over the UK, including Initial & Re-certification tachograph training at a location near you. These courses can be run on your site, depending on number of technicians, please contact your Phoenix Regional Manager for more details OTHER COURSES AVAILABLE Quality Controller (Admin QC) & Quality Assurance (practical QA) training ensuring that your workshop has the correct Management controls in place 1C Support training providing practical guidance on the new 1C calibration requirements & processes Our Designated Manager training is a practical course consisting of a practical walkthrough accompanied by your Phoenix Regional Sales Manager or Trainer who will help to ensure that all elements of compliance according to the DVSA are attained.

Equipment

We deliver training on a 2 to 1 basis meaning that its a maximum of 2 technicians to each set of equipment. This allows for effective hands on experience of the equipment

Each technician who attends our Initial tachograph training course will be provided with a copy of the training course plus various handy pieces of information on a new tablet
